Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters. Here is exactly what you can expect when you need to return or refund a print order.
1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of placing your order. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. How to Request
Email support@eventshots.art with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, we will reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Please attach a photo when contacting us.
4. Digital Plans
Digital subscription plans (EventShots access tiers) are non-refundable once an event has been created under the plan, as the service is immediately available.
